  • Please check the packaging of your parcel thoroughly, if the parcel has been open, you have the right to reject the parcel and return it for further investigation. However, if you have accepted the parcel, any reports made shall be rejected.
  • Yes. We can assist you to combine all your goods from different suppliers and send in one shipment.
  • Yes. Please take note of the risks involved in repackaging. Your parcel will be opened and repackaged to send to your receiver address. However, we may not be able to know if the items are already completely delivered by your supplier. Therefore, we will not be held liable for any missing or incomplete items.

Why haven’t your parcel arrived at our warehouse?

  • Your parcel may be sent to the wrong address, check the receiver’s signature and stamp if it is received by our warehouse or you may check with your seller.

  • Any orders submitted before 12:00pm will be processed and packaged on the same day.
  • After adding your parcel information, you have to make payment for the delivery. Any orders that are paid before 12:00pm are sent on the same day.
  • The weight of your parcel is weighed by us from the warehouse when the parcel is received. You can request for a picture of the parcel if you do not agree to the information given.
  • The volumetric weight value is higher than the actual weight.

Why is a parcel returned?

If a wrong channel is selected, a sensitive parcel sent through regular channel, local customs will return your goods to our warehouse. Information of return will be notified through Email/Phone/Wechat.

You are required to create a new delivery order selecting the channel respective to your goods. Any shipping fees are not refundable, as logistic process has occurred.

Please check with our customer service before sending your parcel if you are not sure which channel to use.

Combined shipping is a new shipping model that allows small parcels to be shipped across the border into Malaysia, it is also more cost saving compared to traditional shipping. First send your parcels to our warehouse, we combine all selected parcels and arrange for shipment to the destination.

  • Mobile phones (High risk of loss, if insists on delivering, please provide import license and the customer shall bear all responsibility of loss.)
  • Customer shall bear all responsibilities for any sensitive goods which are disguised as general goods and being detained by customs.
  • We do not accept any delivery orders for restricted items that are banned in the country.
  • We are providing service as an agent, we are not to be held responsible for any illegal actions customers make.
